Refund Policy

Every paid TidyChats plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If TidyChats is not right for you, we will refund you in full.

What is covered

• Premium monthly, yearly and lifetime plans for any platform
• All Access Lifetime
• Teams subscriptions (the first payment)

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, using the address you paid with. Include your order number if you have it. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.

Processing

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, your license is deactivated and your account returns to the free tier. Your local data and synced items are not deleted.

After 14 days

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal to stop future renewals. Payments made more than 14 days ago are generally not refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we will look at it case by case.
