Pin the extension
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar, find TidyChats and click the pin so it stays one click away.

Open ChatGPT
Visit chatgpt.com (or Claude, Gemini or Grok). The TidyChats sidebar appears next to your conversation list.

File your first chats
Create a folder, drag a few conversations into it and pin the thread you are working on right now.
Shortcuts cheat sheet
Use Cmd on macOS and Ctrl on Windows, Linux and ChromeOS. The typed triggers work inside the message composer.
